Dock & Lift Service on the Brawley School Peninsula
The Brawley School Road peninsula is the long finger of land that reaches out into Lake Norman from Mooresville, lined shore to shore with docks. Between the named communities sit dozens of coves and points, and the variety of that shoreline is exactly what our peninsula work covers.
Every Kind of Shoreline
One side of the peninsula faces open main-body water and the other tucks into quiet coves, so a mile apart you find very different docks. Main-body docks take wake and need anchor and piling resets, while the cove docks age slowly and come to us for a new deck or a full rebuild.
Lifts and Floats
The peninsula is dense with older docks that have ridden low for years. We re-float them with new billets and add or service the boat lift the deeper coves make easy to run.
Permits on the Peninsula
Duke Energy governs dock size and shoreline work all along the Brawley School peninsula, measured against your shoreline at full pond. We confirm your permit standing before quoting any footprint change.
